Supernatural the Animation Hits Comic Con

It is said that the blue-ray disc and the animated adaptation DVD version of the popular US show Supernatural will be firstly released on Jan 12^th, 2011. The animated version named Supernatural The Animation has been a hot topic in US, especially around the comic field. On July 25^th, the crew from the adaptation animation held a conference at Comic Con in San Diego, California. I guess, this is the best time for the premiere of the new animation. San Diego Comic Con is the most festival in the world of comic, animation and cosplay.

So, the appearance of the crew, all the comic lovers there are excited. The meeting place which can only accommodate 5 thousand people is much higher than the admission regulations. All the people there want to have a look at the new anime, no matter he is a comic lover, animation enthusiast or a cosplayer crazy. It seems that Supernatural the Animation has become the main title of this comic con.

In the conference, we got some information from the coming anime. There is a formal statement of the new roles, Dean and Sam are also brothers like the brothers performed by Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki in the TV show. The image of the brothers has left a deep impression for the United States fans. The crew released the preview of the episode 4 of Supernatural season 6 and express the high expectation of the new animated version. They all believe the new anime will get a great success in the world. In addition, there is a show of two episodes which Jensen Ackles dubs. What is funny, Jensen says that he is deeply interested in this job and familiar with Japanese which makes the audience laugh.

Why are there so many guys like the show and even the coming anime? Let me figure it out. Supernatural is a supernatural TV series produced by CW television, very popular in the United States, has aired five seasons, and the six season will be released in Sep 2010. There are lots of Supernatural lover around the world. And the animated version is the works of the famous Japanese animation studio Madhouse. If you like watch horror and thriller type of anime, you certainly be familiar with the name. Death Note, Monster and the popular High school of the dead are all its classics. So, I guess the new animated version will be a great one and accepted by not only the TV show lovers and also the anime enthusiasts.

The animated version Supernatural will be a combination production of Warner Bros and Japanese Animation production company. The whole anime is infected with rich colors of Japanese animation. But unfortunately, the new anime wont circulated in the homeland of the TV series, US. What a pity. Maybe, if there are too many American want to look at it, Warner Bros may make it in front of you.

Top 8 Anime Roles among the 1980s

I am born in 1988, an absolutely 1980s. I like anime, comic, manga, cosplay, everything about the anime. Though I have grown up, the love for anime will go on forever. I will watch anime TV, read mangas, attend cosplay parties as I am free. Those hobbies have been an important part of my life. Sometimes, I am wondering what anime characters have been most interesting figures in my mind. Which is the most classic one in 1980s?

So, I am ranking my brain to make a list of the most popular anime characters. It is a hard work to do, you know, everyone is different. But, I am just trying my best. Whatever, it is my final result. What I have to say firstly, it is that I am a 100 percent Chinese, though I were in CA now, but you know, I have been in China for 18 years. So most of the characters in the list are popular in eastern world. If you are not very familiar with the names, please calm down and don’t consider you as an anime rookie.
Now, there we go, who will be the number 1 in my list?

1 Doraemon

Even people who don’t like to watch anime are familiar with this household name. Doraemon, Ammon, A Dream are all the translation names of the fat cat. Whenever his master Nobita Nobi has a problem, he will come up with wonderful props from his pocket to help him. Everyone who is born in 1980s wants to own a pocket like Doaremon’s.

2 Sailor moon

I will eliminate you as the name of moon. This phrase has almost been the most popular phrase among the anime world. This classic comic serialized from 1991 to 1996, and its animated TV version aired from 1992 to 1997, and there are other theatre movies and special versions. Though the anime, most of us acknowledge that nice girls who are dressing hot sailor costumes could save the world.

3 Crayon Shin-chan

He is the most shameful child in Japan. You must have known this cool title. You know, he makes me happy every time I watched the anime. Crayon Shin-chan is so cute that nobody likes him. The never grown up boy is just like a dream of everyone born in 1980s. It is a symbol of the active 1980s.

4 Mickey Mouse

In 1928, Mickey Mouse formally went to screen and entered the entertainment industry with the release of the first animation Steamboat Willie. Now, 72 years has passed away, and Mickey Mouse has been the most famous mouse in the world. No one wants to kill the mouse, but, is willing to kiss the cute mouse.

5 Transformers

It is the great Transformers. Every 1980s child, especially boys, has a wide range of Transformers toys. Transformers series is so popular that the live action movies of it have become the hot issues nowadays. You know, it is a long time from the first release of the series.

There are only top 5 characters I selected, if you want more, you could wait for my next articles. Lol. But I am not sure there must be the next sequel. I am just an anime avid, like manga, comic, cosplay. If there is not much free time for my writing, I just want to attend cosplay con, or watch anime, read manga. After that, time for writing.

Black Butler Cosplay Show in Chengdu

Last weekend, my friends and I went together to attend a Black Butler Cosplay show in Chengdu. That is fantastic experience for us. We enjoyed ourselves there with some Kuroshitsuji cosplayers dressing nice Black Butler cosplay costumes. You know Black Butler 2 is released recently, so I guess Black Butler is a very hot name nowadays in the field of anime world.

Honestly, Black Butler is the favorite anime in the bottom of my heart. I have been waiting for the new sequel for a long time. Now, it is the time for the show. I have watched the first two episodes. The new host Alois Trancy is more cute than Ciel, but the new Black Butler Claude is more mysterious more Sebastian. From the actions and speeches, I guess the new master is a member of a royal family. What he usually says is “I want you until I am satisfied.” And then, Claude replies as “Yes, your highness.” I can not only figure out Trancy is a prince but also understand the more tight relationship between the master and the black butler.

The time for cosplay party is coming when Black Butler 2 is present to us. It is a little pity that I didn’t dress the Black Butler cosplay costumes to attend the party last weekend, because I am too busy to make a cosplay outfit. A job is a job. I have no idea about the tight time. But, In my party, I met many nice Black Butler cosplayers there. Most of them still cosplayed as the characters from Black Butler 2. Sebastian and Ciel are still the main selection at cosplay convention. I like them very much. And I made my mind up to make a cosplay outfit for the cosplay party.

Though the new sequel is very popular now, sometimes, I often recall the original one. Maybe I am nostalgic person. So, let us recollect the stories of the Black Butler. Black Butler produced by famous female cartoonist Toboso Yana firstly serialized in G Fantasy. Then, it is converted to a TV version of 24 episodes, released in October 2008. And the all 24 sets are finished in 2009. Surprisingly, the only 24 episodes have seized so many anime fans’ eyes. And it becomes many guys’ important anime, manga collection. You can meet Black Butler cosplayers in every cosplay convention. That is a great success since there are lots of animes nowadays.

As a faithful fan of Black Butler, I have my own opinion of its success. Many cartoonists write strange comics, Toboso Yana’s style is very common with the mysterious feeling between the main characters. Juvenile’ slender frame, young’s strong body, adding gorgeous dress, soft shiny hair, beautiful unique style and a rich flavor from England, all of those factors makes up the really classic in the manga world. That is great one piece I have ever watched. Maybe, I will never see such good one in the future.

Sorry, I know what I say is beside the point. What I did is that I went to a cosplay show in Chengdu, and what I want to do is just to make a Black Butler cosplay costumes for the next cosplay show. That is all. Thanks.

Cosplay Convention in Beijing

I went to Beijing last week for a cosplay convention. That is a nice trip for me. Cosplayers there are all great. I have to admit that the level of Chinese Cosplayers is very high. I have not attended a show for a long time. I am busy with my work and other things. I feel relaxed this time and I cosplayed Ciel from Black Butler. But, I have not meet my fellow Sebastian there. What a pity. There are many nice guys there who did wonderful cosplay. All the costumes they wear are cool. I guess anyone there has enjoyed themselves. Cosplaying is great one. It make me feel better and almost forget all the boring thing in my life. Looking forward to the next cosplay convention.

Ada’ Cosplay Show

The popular Chinese host Ada did a cosplay show for an online game. She portrayed a fairy in the picture. She looks very cute in this cosplay picture. You know she is famous as the most sexy host in China. But now, she changes herself and become a lovely character. That is a surprise for the audience. So, it is a good way for the online game company to advertise their product. Everyone will be amazed at the scene that a hot baby similes softly to you with a gentlewoman’s gesture. I am sure that everyone who has watched the cosplay picture will remember the product Ada advertises. It is wise of the boss to make those nice cosplay pictures to do an advertisement. Also, Ada not only makes money from it but also gain more repute. Both are great. As a cosplay lover, I am dreaming to cosplay with Ada one day.
